How My Sessions Work
STEP 1 - Purchasing a package and Client Intake Form
Once you purchase a session package I'll be in contact forwarding a client intake intake form to complete. Once that form has been completed and returned to me it gives me the information I need to get started. Some of the most common issues to work on with athletes are confidence, increased energy, more focus, self belief, physical injury niggles just to name a few.
STEP 2 - Choosing a day to have your first session
Once I receive your client intake form back I'll give you my soonest availability to fit your session in. The great bit about the energy clearing modalities I practice is that I can do this work without you needing to be present for the session. This allows you to go about your normal day and still receive the benefits of an energy clearing.
These modalities do not require you to talk about or bring up past emotional experiences which can sometimes hold many people back from wanting to get help. You may want to choose a day you have a lighter load on as sometimes the energy clearings can produce some energy processing symptoms. Usually these are only subtle but may include tiredness or fatigue or moodiness so I recommend if you have competition that the session isn't completed on the day of the competition.
STEP 3 - Session Day
As there is no need for you to be present for your session there isn't anything special you have to do for the energy clearing to work. You can go about your day as normal. Once I complete the session I will send an email with your notes of all the energy imbalances that were cleared as well as a detailed video (usually 20-30 minutes long) explaining all the imbalances in more detail and any intuitive insights I receive during the session.
In a session I find there is always something that presents itself to give you a greater awareness of the root cause of an issue or possible something else that is going on in your life that needs attention. This can be very important as it can give a warning of potential roadblocks that may come up that could possibly sabotage success. Once we are aware of these patterns then we can better prepare to move through them easily.
STEP 4 - After the Session
Sometimes I will recommend extra exercises after a session to do to increase awareness around a particular issue or some journaling to better understand what came up. These steps aren't essential but can help you become greater aware of limited patterns and automated behaviours that may be holding you back.
